A restrictive color palette paired with a bold and custom font provided the cohesion necessary for this very flexible brand identity. This robust system of logos and supporting design elements was necessary to meet the many application needs of Concerts in the Park, as well as to provide an ever-evolving brand for years to come.
The logo suite allows for a wide range of applications, such as a circular badge with a center graphic that can be swapped out, an abbreviated banner for social media avatars, a text only version for photo overlays, and a simple abbreviation for very small sizes.
A pink gradient filter was added to photos to increase brand awareness on social platforms, and allowed for the addition of a vertical logo, typography, and or call-to-actions.
A custom set of icons was created to graphically tell the story of the musical experience, and was also used as a pattern for advertising, posters, and merchandise.
Chip was created as a mascot for the event. Illustrated by Ashley Rodseth, this squirrel has the flexibility to be rendered in different costumes depending on the musical genre.
